BREAKING: Sanwo-Olu Dissolves LASU Governing Council, Orders Fresh Process For Selection Of VC
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has approved the immediate dissolution of the Lagos State University Governing Council and the removal of the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council.
In a statement on Friday, Gbenga Omotoso, Commissioner of Information, said Adebayo Ninalowo, the Pro-Chancellor, was removed for flagrant violations of the extant laws and regulations of the University guiding the appointment of a Vice-Chancellor.

The governor also ordered a cancellation of the second failed exercise to appoint the 9th Substantive Vice-Chancellor of the institution and ordered a fresh process.
